Meet the Founders

Chelsea Glover and Matt Davis have been embedded in the community working together to provide mental health services, advocating, consulting, and providing workshops for over 20 combined years to children, teens & adults at various agency settings in schools & clinics.

Our goal is to create a mental health collective built around the needs of individuals & families, addressing various issues such as trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, anger, bereavement, self-regulation, low self-worth, stopping dysfunctional family & generational cycles, rewriting client narratives, redefining self, & instilling hope into your future.

We offer various therapy techniques such as brainspotting, trauma focused, play therapy, sound therapy, guided imagery/meditation, healing your inner child, family therapy, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, reality, narrative, person-centered approaches, etc.

If you are trying to not think about it, it’s time to heal it.

The Iris

Irises are a symbol of enduring faith and hope. While their blooms wither when cold weather arrives, shoots and colorful flowers reemerge each spring. During the dark days of winter, irises are a reminder that brighter days are ahead.

Irises remind us to be patient & to seek out the true and ethical path.

Irises are always changing. They emerge each spring, bloom, then die, & begin the cycle all over again. While dying may not seem like a good thing, irises are simply saving energy so they can reemerge as beautiful flowers. With this in mind, irises are a great way to remind someone that hope can be everlasting.
